with the development of food processing technology and scale, more and more comprehensive food processing plants in speciality apear, because of their process needs, some flammable and explosive materials are likely to be involved in process links and the corresponding areas are designed more critically than common plants, for example, the crushing workshop of grain production, the workshop unsing organic solvents, the mixing or drying  workshop of powder food, the  dangerous cargoes storage of aided materials and the produstion workshop of liqueur with high purity of alcohol, some of which are met cleaness demands. If they are disposed improperly, it is prone to danger and explosion. Therefore, in addition to meeting production process requirements, the explosion-proof should be considered and take effective and reasonable anti-explosive and vent design to prevent the explosion and fire accidents. Once an explosion occurs, the losses of life and property are lessened to the lowest level as far as possible.
